I call these the 4 well-beings of teams. BELIEVE, BELONG, BEHAVE & BECOME.

 

This 8 module Teams program is designed to help teams create these foundations, through a co-design approach, and bring these 4 wellbeings to life in their team. It’s about creating an engaged, empowered and effective team, that people are excited and proud to be part of. It’s the ‘how-to’ of team fundamentals, so you can build a more meaning-full team that delivers more meaningful outcomes.

How to show up as the best version of you.

This half day facilitated workshop is for teams who want to take time to clarify, identify and commit to what is needed to bring their best selves to the world, and the tools to be more aware, deliberate and intentional about how they bring their best selves to work.  

 

Program Outcomes

  • Build a clear picture of what the best version of you looks like and how this contributes to the wider team.

  • Identify the challenges and barriers that could get in the way including limiting beliefs, behaviours and actions to address.

  • Understand the power of mindset and habits and the role they play in shaping a new version of you.

  • Identify your strengths, your ‘special sauce’ and the impact you have on the team.

  • Establish the growth and learning opportunities areas; new beliefs, behaviours and mind set.

  • Get clear on the tangible actions required to show up as the best version of you.

Value:

  • Workshops can be run on or off-site, can be team specific, or made up of attendees from across your organisation.

  • A one-on-one half-hour mentoring session post workshop.

  • Workshops can be combined to build modules or multiple day/multiple topic programs.
