This 8-module Leaders program is designed to help you increase your confidence, capability and character to lead your team in a way that is more engaging, empowers your people and increases the effectiveness of your team.  It’s about bringing the 4 Well-BEings to life through more meaningful leadership, and creating the connections, conditions and environment for your team to thrive and shine.

STORY MOVING

How to use Stories to move people towards action!

Stories have the power to change our beliefs and behaviours, and they are one of the greatest tools for engaging audiences. When stories are told well they are memorable, emotional and meaningful. Best of all they can inspire action!


Whether you are launching a new product or program, trying to get an idea across the line, presenting to large groups, or simply wanting to be more engaging with how you communicate and share information, stories are the key to increasing engagement and connection, and have now become a leadership requirement. This 2-day workshop is fast-paced and jam-packed with insights, tools and frameworks, designed to equip leaders with practical tools to bring story telling to life in their workplace and in doing so increase engagement and connection, and inspire and influence action.


Program Outcomes

  • Understand the fundamentals of a great story, and why our brains like them so much

  • Learn how to craft and share stories that are audience relevant, engaging and have lasting impact

  • Develop 2-3 well crafted stories over the course of the program

  • Gain a framework for exploring, capturing and building your stories that captures their essence and lands the point!

  • Learn the different types of stories, and when and how to use them for more targeted impact. Pick 2 main story types and develop in more detail relevant to your current work program

  • Deep understanding of the frameworks and tools across the 8 modules

  • Understand the different mediums for sharing stories and know which one to use, and when

  • Build greater confidence to create and share stories as part of your everyday leadership

  • Build a story movement in your organisation

It was not an easy assignment given the material you were required to cover but your easy-going presentation style and group engagement activities made for an interesting and engaged experience. Your reading of the room and participants (some difficult ones!) and adapting your delivery and content on the fly at times to suit was masterful, and you were never seen to be short of a comment or advice to answer the queries/comments and progress the content delivery.
